Bottom

  • 200 grams Chocolate Chip Cookies Oreo
  • 80 grams Butter

Filling

  • 500 grams Ricotta
  • 250 ml Whipcream
  • 150 grams Sugar
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Lemon
  • Lemon cest
  • 4 Gelatine

Topping

  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Gelatine

Instructions

Bottom

  • Melt the butter
  • Crunch the cookies in a blender
  • Mix the butter with the crunched cookies
  • Put the mixture in a cake form and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes
