Ricotta Cake

Ricotta Lemoncake
Nice Ricotta cake with a subtle flavor of lemon.
Ingredients
Bottom
- 200 grams Chocolate Chip Cookies Oreo
- 80 grams Butter
Filling
- 500 grams Ricotta
- 250 ml Whipcream
- 150 grams Sugar
- 1 Lime
- 1 Lemon
- Lemon cest
- 4 Gelatine
Topping
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Gelatine
Instructions
Bottom
- Melt the butter
- Crunch the cookies in a blender
- Mix the butter with the crunched cookies
- Put the mixture in a cake form and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes
