Bottom

200 grams Chocolate Chip Cookies Oreo
80 grams Butter

Filling

500 grams Ricotta
250 ml Whipcream
150 grams Sugar
1 Lime
1 Lemon
Lemon cest
4 Gelatine

Topping

2 Oranges
2 Gelatine

Instructions

Bottom

Melt the butter
Crunch the cookies in a blender
Mix the butter with the crunched cookies
Put the mixture in a cake form and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes
